Ruling Elders:
Andre' Fowlkes is from Virginia. He is a steering team committee member with the Kaiserslautern Military Community Christian Home Educators. Andre' is also the TRC's Sunday School program coordinator. He and his wife Ani'a, have seven children.

Dave Sperow is a third-culture kid, having spent his teen years in Uganda, Kenya and Turkey. He enjoys teaching French and English at Landstuhl Middle School. He and his wife, Debbi, have three grown children and three grandchildren. While they are officially residents of Tennessee, they also have ties to Maryland, West Virginia and New Mexico. Dave is our clerk of session.
